How does it work? The dual mechanism of action
CELMAST does not mask the symptom but acts on the cause of the problem:

1. Barrier and Protective Effect: Thanks to Hyaluronic Acid of high and low molecular weight, it creates a protective film on the damaged nasal mucosa, isolating it from irritants and promoting its anatomical and functional repair.
2. Modulation of the Inflammatory Response: The Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in the formula helps to reduce the reactivity of mast cells and decreases the migration of eosinophils and neutrophils, the cells responsible for inflammation, tissue damage, and the symptomatic presentation.

Formulations and Dosages
CELMAST is available in two formats to suit the needs of the whole family:

• Nasal Spray (15 ml): Practical and ideal for daily use.

Recommended posology:

• Children (3-12 years): 1-2 sprays per nostril, twice a day.
• Adults (>12 years): 2 sprays per nostril, twice a day.
• Minimum duration: 10 consecutive days. The treatment can be extended up to 20 days per month for 3 months for an optimal and long-lasting effect.
