Satisfaction or Money-back Guarantee


This policy applies to all customers purchasing through our website, offering a satisfaction guarantee or full refund service, in compliance with applicable international laws.


Conditions for Requesting a Refund or Applying the "Satisfaction or Refund" Guarantee 

1. Online Diagnostic Test: 
The customer must have successfully completed the "online diagnosis" test available on our website before purchasing the product. 
Alternatively, the customer may request to apply the guarantee before using the product, declaring they were unaware of the test's existence at the time of purchase.

2. Exclusive Use of Recommended Product(s):
Only the product(s) suggested by the online diagnostic test results may be used. The concurrent use of other products for treating the same respiratory condition is prohibited.

3. Compliance with Instructions:
The customer must carefully follow all instructions and recommendations provided in the product leaflet, adhering to the prescribed dosage and minimum treatment duration. The healing status assessment must be conducted at least 2 days after the last product administration, through symptom evaluation. 

4. Criteria for Assessing Healing Status: 
Healing is considered positive when the results indicated in the product leaflet are achieved. 
For example, for Ciliacell, positive recovery occurs when: 

  • Mucopurulent secretions have been expelled from the nose or throat;
  • Craniofacial pain (or "algia") has disappeared or significantly reduced;
  • Nasal-sinus cavity patency has been restored with significant improvement in nasal breathing;
  • Any hearing impairments have been restored or improved. 

5. Exclusions: 
The "Satisfaction or Money-Back" guarantee does not apply if adverse effects or unwanted reactions mentioned in the product leaflet are reported. 

6. Refund Procedure: 
If, after two days following completion of the recommended treatment cycle (performed as directed in the leaflet), the product has not significantly reduced pre-treatment symptoms, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of receiving the request emailed to: customer@neviabiotech.com.

Final Notes
The customer may only benefit from this guarantee if all above conditions have been met and they have honestly conducted a final clinical assessment of their symptoms.
