Remove the safety cap from the dispenser and the protective cap, press 2-3 times until a regular spray is obtained, gently insert the dispenser into one nostril while keeping your head upright and slightly tilted forward; then, press once on the spray while inhaling slowly through the nose. Repeat in the other nostril.
